Ryan Miske brings over 13 years of experience in strength training, body transformation, and nutrition coaching.
His foundation was built through competitive bodybuilding, where he earned three 1st place finishes and developed the discipline, structure, and training knowledge required to produce elite physical results.

Chris spent over a decade working in the corporate world before transitioning into coaching.
