Workouts are customized to fit your life. On average, most workouts take 40–50 minutes and are designed to fit into busy schedules.
What if I travel or have a demanding schedule?
The program is built specifically for professionals with unpredictable schedules. Your training and nutrition strategies are adapted to real life situations like travel, work events, and family commitments. Work and family life don't adapt to the program, the program adapts to them.
